We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with over 5 years of experience who will play a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of our backend applications. In addition to contributing to technical projects, you will lead and mentor the technical team, playing a strategic role in guiding and supporting team members. This position offers the opportunity to work with a robust technology stack and collaborate with a highly skilled team in an agile environment.
Responsabilités
- Develop and maintain robust backend functionalities using technologies including the JavaScript ecosystem (Node.js, React, Next.js), Django and Django Rest Framework, Postgres for database management, RESTful APIs, and the CMS Strapi.
- Optimize performance, ensuring scalability and reliability of applications.
- Manage deployment tasks and server administration to ensure system stability.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to define and implement new features and improvements.
- Participate in architectural design and decision-making processes.
- Lead a team of developers, manage technical priorities, and ensure effective coordination among team members.
- Mentor and train junior developers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Oversee code reviews and maintain overall code quality standards.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies to identify and adopt best practices and tools.
- Contribute to the establishment of development standards and processes.
Compétences requises
- Expertise in backend development with Django and Django Rest Framework.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js, React, Next.js)
- Experience with CMS Strapi.
- Advanced database management with Postgres.
- Expert use of Git for version control.
- In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven leadership and team-motivation abilities
- Discipline, punctuality, and autonomy
- Over 5 years of backend web development, with a track record of successful complex projects and demonstrated experience in team management.
